Dear Serial dieter,
Sindy here! For years I dreaded the start of a new year, because it always meant starting with lists of new year new me type resolutions and unrealistic and restrictive diets... by the middle of January (if I even made it that far), I would have already thrown in the towel, because it was just too hard!!
I didn't want to feel guilty about finishing off the odd leftover Christmas choc or mince pie.
But I did...
So, once again I'd feel deflated and like I had failed at making the changes I wanted to see.
I'd spend the rest of the winter on and off of diet a, starting again every Monday, only to throw in the towel by Thursday...
By the summer I'd just give up completely on my goals because it was just too hard.
Then I'd start again come September and by December I would hit the 'sod it' button until January and the PATTERN would just REPEAT, year in year out
I would never make any progress towards my goals, just lose an gain the same 10lbs over and over.
I would just more miserable as the years went on, because it felt like nothing would EVER change.
I'm sure if you have read this far it sounds familiar and you totally relate... if so, then I'm here to tell you, it does NOT have to be this way anymore...
Diets are what's holding you back year after year.
It’s time to STOP setting yourself up to fail with unrealistic diet plans, targets and take a realistic approach to help you move forward and make change for good.
